How do I care for my jewelry?

• To help preserve the quality of the jewelry, please avoid contact with water, oils, lotions, perfumes, chemicals, etc. 
• Store the jewelry safely in a cloth bag or jewelry case.

How do I track my order?

• You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please note that Her Bimba is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

• At this moment, we do not ship internationally :(
  

Do you take returns/exchanges?

• Currently, all items are final sale and cannot be processed for returns/exchanges. If an item has defects, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please note that if an item is accepted for return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
